Mechanic, Methabolic and Humanistic Structure of Technology

Geçen endüstrileşme çağı boyunca yoğun
araştırma, geliştirme ve üretim pratiğiyle oluşan bilgi birikimi sonucu
ulaşılan ve hızlı değişimlerin karakterize ettiği bugünün endüstriyel,
teknolojik ve bilimsel kültürünün anlaşılması ve bireyle entegrasyonu, bu
bireylerin her alanda özellikle de teknolojinin üretilmesi, yenilenmesi ve
ancak böylelikle gerçekleştirilebilen standart ürün ve hizmetlerinin üretiminde
ve tüketiminde optimum yararlı davranabilmesi için, derinlemesine düşünebilme
ve kavrayabilme yeteneklerinin geliştirilmesi alacakları eğitimlerinin amacı
olmalıdır. Gelecekte toplumların ve bireylerin yaşamsal
faaliyetlerinin ve çabalarının yönlendirileceği yer doğal olarak ekonomik
süreçler ve onların yer aldığı finansal yapılanmalardır ve yatırım aracı olarak
paranın sermaye olarak kabul edildiği ekonomik alandaki en önemli değişim de
burada yaşanan paradigma kayması sonucu yerini bilgiye bırakmasıdır. Bu bağlamda teknoloji hakkında
daha derin ve geniş fikir sahibi olabilmek, belki de bir varlık olarak onun
üzerinde durmak, onun kökenine, evrimine ve işleyişine dair bir bilgiler
örgüsüne, daha da ilerisi yapısal bir teorisine ulaşmak için çabalamak çok
fazla üzerinde durulan bir konu değildir. Teknolojinin işleyişine,
gelişimine ve de ilerleyişine dair bir mekanizması olduğu kadar bir
metabolizması da var mıdır gibi sorular hem çok kapsamlı hem de çok
karmaşıktır. Teknolojinin
nasıl geliştiğini anlamanın en iyi yollarından biri olarak onun yaşamında
kalabildiği yegane yer olan ekonomi kapsamında incelenmesi iyi bir bakış açısı
olabilir. Bugüne kadar yapılan çalışmalarda karşılaşılan üç önerme olası
bir teknoloji teorisinin belkemiğini oluşturmaktadır. Bu önermeler; bütün teknolojiler onu meydana
getiren bileşenlerinin yani parçaların kombinasyonudur; bu parçaların kendileri
de birer teknolojidir; bütün teknolojiler belirli bir amaç için olgulardan
yararlanır ve teknolojinin özünde doğanın bir programlaması yatar. Bu
bağlamda teknolojinin yapısının aydınlatılması, hem bireyin hem de toplumun ve
onun kurumlarının işleyişi açısından büyük önem arz etmek de ve yapısının da
araştırıldığı açıklama modelleri çerçevesinde tartışılması ve teorik ve pratik
olarak bir düşünce kalıbı içerisinde incelenmesi, yani bir teknoloji teorisi
çerçevesinde yapısının bütünleştirilmesi sunulan bu çalışmanın temel
beklentisidir.

The purpose of the education for
today's individuals should be improve their ability of thinking and
comprehensing in-depth for understanding of today's industrial, technological
and scientific cultures being formed by intensive research, development and
production practice throughout the course of the last decade of
industrilization,and their integration to them so that they could be optimally
useful in both the producing and the consuming of standardized today's products
and services especially during reproduction and regeneration of these
technologies. In the future the position where socities and
individuals' vital activities and efforts will be guided is naturally economic processes and
financial structures which these processes take place in and the most important
change in economy in which money is regarded as the capital of investment is that
money gave its position to information as a result of a paradigm. In this context, being deeper
and broader about technology, standing on it as an entity, knowing on its
origin, evaluation and function and struggling to reach a more structural
theory is not
a matter of much concern. The questions like whether technology has a
methabolism as to have its mechanism regarding its functioning, developing or
progressing are both very complex and very
comprehensive. As for one
of the best ways to understand how to develop the technology it could be
a good point of view that it is exemined within the economy to could be living
in only place for its life. The three propositions that have been
encountered so far constitute the backbone of a possible technolgy
theory. These are: all
the technologies are the combinations of their componenets those to be their
parts, these pieces are temselves technolgies too, all technoligies use the
phenomens for a specific purposes and they are a programming of the nature inherintly.
In this context basic expectations of the present work is to
enlight the structure of thechnology being of great importance in terms
of the individuals, the society and its institutions, and to discuss its structure within some explanatory
models and to exemine theoritically and
practically in a thought formwork, that is, to integrate
its structure within the framework of a technolgy theory.
