Özet
İş dünyasındaki
değişikliklerin bir sonucu olarak maliyet yönetimin rolünde de önemli
değişiklikler olmuştur. Yeni üretim ve bilgi teknolojilerinin değiştirilmesi,
müşteri taleplerine odaklanılması, küresel pazarların değişmesi ve diğer
değişiklikler işletmeleri endüstride rekabetçi avantajlarını korumak için
stratejik bilgi sistemlerini geliştirmeye zorlamaktadır. Kurumsal kaynak
planlama (ERP) sistemleri gibi kurumsal bilgi sistemleri, veri depolama gücü
genişletilmesinin yanında gelişmiş hesaplama gücü ile stratejik maliyet yönetimine
yardımcı olmuştur. İç ve dış veri kaynaklarından alınan büyük verilerle,
işletmenin bugünkü durumunu, yarınını ve hangi çözümün en iyisi olduğu
sorularına cevap bulmak için veri analizi tekniklerinin kullanılmasını gerektirmektedir.
Bu çalışmada, iş zekâsı bağlamında stratejik maliyet yönetimi araçlarından olan
dengeli puan kartı (BSC- balanced scorecard) esaslı muhasebe veri analizi çerçevesi
sunmaktadır. Muhasebe veri analizi, işletmenin performans ölçümünün sağlıklı
yapılabilmesi için kaliteli bilgiyi sağlamasının yanında işletmenin kapsamlı iş
analizlerini kullanma becerisini geliştirir.

Abstract
The role of cost
management is changing as a result of changes in the business world. The focus
of new production and information technologies, changing customer demands,
changing global markets, and other changes are driving businesses to develop
strategic information systems in order to maintain their competitive advantages
in the industry. Enterprise information systems, such as enterprise resource
planning (ERP) systems, have helped strategic cost management with enhanced
computing power as well as expanded storage capacity. Data analysis techniques
need to be used to find answers to questions about internal and external data
sources as well as the operator's current situation, tomorrow and what is the
best solution. In this study, we present a balanced scorecard based accounting
data analysis framework from strategic cost management tools in the context of
a business intelligence. Accounting data analysis provides the corparation with
the ability to use comprehensive business analysis as well as providing quality
information to ensure that the performance measurement of the enterprise is
healthy.
